Let us handle it for you
Standard home washing machines (typically 3-4 cubic feet) can't properly wash large comforters. The comforter gets compressed and doesn't get clean. Our new large-load washers (up to 6-load) provide the space needed for proper agitation and thorough cleaning.
A washable area rug runs into the same problem a comforter does: a home machine has no room for it. The same washers that take a king comforter take small area rugs, self-service or drop-off.
One limit: the rug has to be cloth backed. Rugs with a hard or rubber backing, like most bath mats, cannot go in the machines.
